- Respect Haitian efforts to create a transitional government without dictating or imposing conditions, including the acceptance of an international security force

- Provide humanitarian assistance to Haiti, prioritizing Haitian-led organizations and initiatives to strengthen Haitian civil society

- Extend and redesignate Haiti for TPS (temporary protected status) and halt all deportation flights and maritime interdiction removals

- Florida and other U.S. states must welcome Haitian refugees
