Once you enroll and receive your card, you’ll be able to enter the portal with your Altus Dental ID number located on your member card. Visit the portal and select “Click here to register” or log in with your username and password. They use two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security. They’ll send a security code by email or text when you log in. Enter the code to access your account.
FYI: Two ID cards are issued in the subscriber’s name. If you would like additional ID cards (this is a common request for members with college students away from home), just call Customer Service (1-877-223-0588) and they will send additional ID cards. These will always be in the subscriber’s name.
