Through leadership development, we cultivate a cycle of powerful community building in which organizers train leaders to organize and lead within their communities. As a result, local bases of community change agents are built and momentum and power for change is sustained. This regenerative grassroots power in turn disrupts oppressive systems, challenges the status quo, and ensures that solutions emerge directly from the communities they most affect.
